This centrally located property is conveniently located within walking distance from Brookwood station which provides a regular service direct to London Waterloo, Woking and Guildford.

We offer a meet and greet service at this property. A member of the team will meet you at the property at an agreed check-in time.
Check-in times are between 4pm-8pm. Should you require a time outside of these hours please check before you book so we can confirm if we are able to accommodate.

The penthouse is on the top/3rd floor and accessed via 2 flights of stairs.



A spacious top floor penthouse apartment, offering three bedrooms, hot tub/shower room, spacious bright living space with French doors and modern well equipped kitchen.

The apartment also comes with one free parking space but please note we can only accept 1 vehicle, this can either be a car or small van up to 2 meters in length only.
We do not have enough space to accommodate large Sprinter or Transporter like vans as these vans are around 6-7 metres in length.
There's a free open public parking area 1 min away for larger or additional vehicles if you require more than 1.
We may cancel your booking if this request is not adhered to.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID. You will also be given the choice between paying a £200 refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable £25 damage waiver.

Additional guests over 2 are charged at a rate per night per head. Superior quality linen and towels are provided.
A mid stay maid service is available on request for clean and change in linen, this would be an additional cost. Child cots, highchairs and stair gates are also available at no extra cost and subject to availability. (If cots are provided guests are asked to please bring their own child's bedding).
