Summary:
Located in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, you will have the chance to be a few steps away from Musée d'Orsey and the famous Louvre Museum.
The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator in a Parisian building built in 1830.
The apartment of 505 square feet is composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom.

The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed and bath linen being provided:

Living room : a two people high-comfort sofa bed
The apartment is equipped with:

a baby bed if needed
Guest Access:
Warning: It is very important to respect the common areas, please make sure to be quiet when you are heading out/going into the building.
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.
- You will find the keys of the apartment inside the padlock inside the building.
- The door to your apartment is on the first floor
- We will send you the code of the padlock before your arrival.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen
Since we are not on site, please take into account our travel time, in case of last minute booking. Example: reservation at 5pm for the day D, arrival at 7pm on the spot.

The Neighborhood:
1.15 kilometers long, the rue du Bac stretches from the quai Voltaire, on the banks of the Seine, to the rue de Sèvres, crossing the boulevard Saint-Germain. It takes its name from the old ferry built in 1550 used to transport stones to build the Tuileries Palace. Walking through it, the walker discovers many food shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as the department store Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche and the Grande Epicerie de Paris.

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate you a paid locker service next to the apartment.
Check-out / Departure : until 11am
We do not serve breakfast.
Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.
We are in a heritage building with sensitive neighbors. Please be careful during your stay to the house rules :
- no smoking in the apartment or in the building's courtyard
- no drugs
- no parties
- no music
- no persons other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in the common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video shoots
If one of the above house rules is not respected:
- A penalty of the full amount of the deposit will be charged
- The reservation will be cancelled as soon as the infraction is noticed and you will no longer be able to stay in the apartment
In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- You will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 420 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior your arrival.
Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged.
These rules allow us to assure you a quality stay in Paris.
