For everyone's safety and security, we have an indoor security system and an outdoor video camera @ the driveway entrance. We also live nearby, just 15 minutes away, if you need anything.

No guests other than the renters and those designated as renters on the rental form may come to the home. There are no gatherings and no parties permitted on premise.
