* Please be aware that a $500 fine will be imposed for smoking inside the property. This fee will be enforced if we receive any complaints from neighbors or if our cleaning team identifies signs of smoking. IMPORTANT: Payment Processing and Non-Refundable Fees
We utilize third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle credit card transactions. In the event of a cancellation, any processing fees incurred during the transaction are non-refundable as they are charged by the payment processor and not retained by us. Our refund policy applies to the booking amount only.
🔑 IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY:

- For rentals exceeding 30 days, a signed residential lease is required.
- We kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and other guests by keeping noise to a minimum—no loud music or late-night parties.
- To maintain a clean environment, we request that no shoes or smoking be allowed inside the house.
- For your safety and security, tampering with any devices, internet connections, or exterior cameras is prohibited.
- If you plan to have outside guests, please reach out to the host for prior approval.
- Please turn off all lights, fans, and other devices when not in use and before leaving the property.
- If you notice any property damage or require special cleanup, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.

* Hot Tub Rules & Guidelines:
Please take a moment to review these hot tub guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:
- If you are pregnant, have heart conditions, high blood pressure, diabetes, or are elderly, please consult your physician before using the hot tub.
- We do not recommend hot tub use for young children. If permitted, minors must be supervised at all times.
- Water pH levels are tested within 24 hours of your stay to ensure they are safe.
- Please do not remove the chlorine dispenser—it’s time-released to maintain water safety.
- The temperature is set at 100°F, staying within the legal maximum of 104°F.
- Limit your soak to 15 minutes per session.
- No alcohol is permitted while using the hot tub—high heat can cause drowsiness and increase the risk of drowning.
- Rinse swimsuits with water before use; detergent can disrupt the water balance.
- After each use, please add a shock treatment (instructions provided).
- A $100 cleaning fee will apply if any soaps, bath products, food, or drinks (including alcohol) are found in the hot tub, as this requires full draining and sanitizing.
- No glass containers near or inside the hot tub. Broken glass will result in a $200 professional cleaning fee.
- Keep the cover on the hot tub whenever it`s not in use to maintain temperature and cleanliness.
- White particles in the water are normal—they’re bromide used to sanitize the hot tub.
* By using the hot tub, you agree to assume all responsibility and release the host, owner, and any affiliated parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from its use, including injury, illness, or property damage.

* Pet Policy:
- Your dog must be supervised at all times and may not be left alone in the home unless they are in a kennel/crate.
- Please keep your dog off all furniture (sofas, beds, etc.).
- If you use the yard, kindly clean up after your dog.
- Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours.
- Any damage caused by the pet must be reported right away.
