Stunning 3 storey town house located in the heart of Southamptons lively pub, bar and restaurant district of Oxford Street. Set over three floors with 3 x bathrooms, 5 x bedrooms configured as either 5 x king size double beds or up to 10 x single beds. Relax over a cosy courtyard drink or dine alfresco in the sun on the decking. Free, off road, parking for 2 cars.
14 oxford Mews is a spacious, stylish, 5 bedroom (5 x king-size double or 5 x twins) town house nestled next to Southamptons respectful social districe of Oxford Street. Absorb the social dining and drinking facilities of Southampton`s Oxford Street directly on your doorstep combined with the convenience of Southampton`s vibrant retail, leisure and history just yards from your front door.
Comfortably accommodates up to 10 people with free, off road, parking for 2 cars. Décor throughout is tasteful and contemporary whilst being homely and social. Bedrooms have an airy feel and are furnished with high quality furntiture, TV`s and pressed bed linen.
The space
Ground Floor - Coming in from the front porch is a large double bedroom with its own ground floor bathroom (toiler and sink). Further along the hall is a large openplan kitchen and dining room perfectly designed to comfortably host groups of up to 10 people. Kitchen is stylish, clean and modern and includes dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and washing machine.
Extending off the kitchen dining room through large patio doors is the private courtyard with a large deckiing terrace and outdoor table and chairs for up to 10 people.
First Floor - Half of the first floor is taken up with a large lounge over looking Latimer Street and towards Oxford Street. With 3 sofas, casual seating, 55” LCD TV with Netflix and gas flame fire the lounge is a social haven.
On the oppoisite side of the first floor is a double bedroom confgurted with either a king size double bed or twin beds with fitted wardrobes and large en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.
Second Floor - Hosts 3 x bedrooms. Each bedroom can be configured with either king size double beds or twin beds and have either fitted or free standing wardrobes and chest of draws. Also on the second floor is a large family bathroom with showe, toilet and basin.

You will have exclusive use of the entire property.
Parking
14 Oxfrod Mews has private, off road, parking for 2 cars. For additional parking there is abundant metered on road parking which is free from 6pm to 8am Monday to Saturday and free 6pm Saturday to 1pm Sunday.
Other things to note
The two master bedrooms are spacious enough to place a baby cot which is provided with the house should quests require this.
All beds have 10.5 TOG Fogarty `Just Like Down` pillows and duvets.
