Please be aware that an Equestrian Facility is adjacent to the house and horses are regularly ridden down parts of our drive so please keep speed to a minimum.

While the home is secluded and quiet, there are tenants who live in the apartment above the garage building, which is set away from the house. The tenants have their own separate outdoor space and keep themselves to themselves.

Our property offers the unique feature of direct access to a fast-flowing river at the bottom of the garden. While this can be an enchanting and enjoyable aspect of your stay, we want to ensure your safety. Please take note of the following risk warning:



1. Supervision: Children and non-swimmers must be closely supervised at all times when near the river. Never leave them unattended.



2. Water Currents: The river may have strong currents, especially after heavy rain. Exercise caution when entering the water.



3. Footing: The riverbank and surrounding areas may be uneven. Watch your step to avoid slips and falls.
