Villa Ilaria is a 10-bed vacation cottage for rent inside Villaggio Chiusurelle in Torre Lapillo, just 2 km from the sea. Simple, modern and cozy, the vacation home has assigned parking space.
There are all the main accessories such as air conditioning, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, electric stove and mosquito nets. The garden is equipped with outdoor shower and brick barbecue .

The villa is introduced by a lovely garden with manicured green flowerbeds and a lovely shaded veranda with wooden canopy , furnished for outdoor dining.
The interior is developed on three levels. On the ground floor, the entrance is into a nice well-equipped and air-conditioned kitchen-living room, from which one enters the living room with a sofa and a fold-out double bed. On this floor there is a shower room.
On the upper floor, accessible by external stairs, in addition to the beautiful furnished veranda, there is 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room.
The basement, also accessible by external stairs, consists of 2 bedrooms, including 1 double and 1 quadruple furnished with two bunk beds, plus a shower room for each room.

The Chiusurelle Village is a complex consisting of terraced vacation homes. At guests` disposal are the swimming pool, amphitheater with outdoor dance floor, children`s playground, uncovered unattended parking inside the village. There is a bar in the shopping area of the village.
On site you can purchase the club card that offers daytime use of: swimming pool with whirlpool area, tennis courts, soccer field, daytime and evening entertainment with games in the pool, sports tournaments, group courses in aerobics, dance, water gymnastics, cabaret, musicals, disco and theme parties, baby, mini and junior club at set times with ad hoc spaces and activities, shuttle service to and from the beaches.
Animation is provided by a team that makes your stay lively and fun, with group sports classes, tournaments and games on the soccer and tennis courts, dance lessons, water aerobics, water aerobics, water polo, darts and other fun activities. It also enlivens evenings with variety and cabaret shows in the amphitheater.
Where the Village is located in Torre Lapillo
The vacation village is located in the territory of Torre Lapillo, on the coast of Porto Cesareo, less than 2 kilometers from the sea of Torre Castiglione and its beautiful beaches with crystal clear sea and high dunes covered with Mediterranean scrub. The Village is about 4 km from Torre Lapillo and 10 km from Porto Cesareo, while Torre Colimena is 8 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms.
- The bathroom on the ground floor has no bidet.
