Ground floor apartment with AC, WiFi, sea view 7 minutes walk to the beach

I was sad to hear of our guest negative experience. However:- The property is listed clearly as having 2 bedrooms. A sofa-bed in the living room is listed as such. The home and away site gives at that time a single tick box for fans/ conditioner - so any lack of clarity cannot be overcome until a booking is logged - and I did write and make this clear anyway well before guest arrival (only some days after booking was placed, so it should not be a problem to cancel for free and book another one). Beds are standard size, if longer beds are indeed required this question should have been put upon booking/ before arrival. It is not accepted that beds are in anyway problematic to normal people and this has never been raised previously by anybody. Sofa bed opens into double bed and is complimentary in any case. No musty smell detected by me or my cleaners. No other reviews (for a year have detected) any smell whatsoever. This criticism is not accepted at all. I responded quicky to emails I received from guest - thus there no need for other means of communication arose. Guest demands of a total refund, when there was nothing at all wrong with the apartment and as seen on photo/description is unreasonable. I responded robustly to an email from guest which was apparently threatening of damage to property. Having read his email, if damage was incurred at the property this might well appear to be deliberate. After the email I had received from guest, that was merely a statement of fact and the authorities would therefore need to be involved in that case. Guest should observe details more carefully and communicate about any special needs at the earliest opportunity in future I suggest. I wish him well with any future holidays he might have in this beautiful part of the world. (response were deleted by site, so I posted it again)
