Beachside Family Townhouse – 50m to Tamariu Beach

This typical townhouse is located only a few meters away from the beach! It is perfect for families wanting to enjoy the Costa Brava. It is spacious, fresh and inviting: perfect for short and comfortable stay.

It has enough room for 4 guests distributed in 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedrooms one has two single beds each. The kitchen and the dining room are connected through a "bar" and the living room has a fireplace. There is 1 complete bathroom with a bathtub and 1 smaller bathroom with shower.

The apartment is located in front of the Mossèc Restaurant, one of the best places to eat and drink in the area. Keep in mind that the restaurant is open until late (3AM) in the summer (July and August most significantly), this will cause some noise.

Tamariu:
Tamariu is an old beach town of Palafrugell, where until a few years ago fishing was the main activity. Over the years it has become a place of great tourist attraction, especially for its unique nature and coastline cliffs.
There are two supermarkets in Tamariu, ten restaurants and bars, a hairdresser, two bakeries, three hotels and a few shops where you can utensils and beachwear. There is also a diving center, kayak rental and boat rental agency. On Saturday night, during the summer season, there are usually different types of music on the Boulevard. Music styles that go from "Havaneres" to "Disco" music. Bars and restaurants don't stay open until late though. Tamariu is a place that is focussed on families. There is only one bar on La Riera that remains open until after 1 am.
Some great old traditions are still celebrated in town, such as celebrations like: Sta. Maria on August 15th, "sardinadas" or popular "garoinadas", Las Fiestas de Primavera de Palafrugell, La festa dels Indianos of Begur, Mercat Boig of Llafranc, etc ...

Transportation:
We recommend coming by car to Tamariu for your best convenience. In case you do, there is a very economical parking located in the pine forest when entering Tamariu.

Comments:
- City Tax is 1,10 € per person and day. IF YOU BOOK WITH AIRBNB, THIS TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE AND HAS TO BE PAID ASIDE.
- If you wish to sleep separately, it is important to advise before or while making the reservation. In any case, at least 3 days before your arrival. Depending on the variation it implies, it may be charged separately (12-20€/set price depending on season)
- We work with a self check-in system via our own mobile application! In any case, we are available for anything that could happen during your stay.
- Check-in is possible after 17h.
- Sheets and shower towels are provided for the amount of guests indicated in the reservation. Any extra set is provided only with prior request, (towels or sheets) is 12-20€ (depending on the season).
- Beach towels are not provided
- The cleaning fee covers the final cleaning at the end of your stay
- PARTIES are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN
- It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to SMOKE in any part of the apartment
- On the day of departure, it is important for you to wash your dishes, take the garbage away (there are public containers on the square of Tamariu's main road), turn off all lights and electric devices, leave the keys on the dining table and close the door behind you when you walk out.
Eine Tourismussteuer von 2,20 € pro Person und Nacht sowie eine Kaution für Schäden (außer bei Buchungen über Airbnb) sind im Mietpreis nicht enthalten. Diese werden über unser Online-Gästeportal bezahlt.

Sollten Sie getrennt schlafen wollen, ist es wichtig, dies bei der Buchung anzugeben, da sonst zusätzliche Kosten während des Aufenthalts entstehen können.

Hausregeln:
- Rauchen und Feiern jeglicher Art sind verboten.
- Nachtruhe: 22:00 Uhr - 9:00 Uhr
- Personen unter 25 Jahren sind nicht gestattet, es sei denn, sie sind in Begleitung Erwachsener.
- Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
- Halten Sie die Flächen sauber und frei von Lebensmitteln. Spülen Sie alle Spuren von Sonnencreme ab. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer Naturlandschaft, und andernfalls werden Sie Besuch von Ameisen erhalten.
- Gehen Sie verantwortungsvoll mit elektrischen Geräten und Lichtern um. Schalten Sie diese aus, wenn Sie sie nicht benutzen oder sich nicht im Apartment befinden.
- Seien Sie sich des Wasserverbrauchs bewusst, da dies eine Gegend mit schwerer Dürre ist.

- Lassen Sie das Geschirr sauber und entfernen Sie alle organischen Abfälle.
- Entsorgen Sie den Müll (öffentliche Müllbehälter an der Carrer de la Riera).
- Legen Sie die Schlüssel in das Schlüsselkästchen (gut verschließen und nach dem Verschließen den Code ändern, damit es sicher verschlossen ist).
