VILLA LUNAMARE – SORRENTO AREA

Situated 3 km from Sorrento, Villa Lunamare is a luxury sea-facing villa boasting two private swimming pools, expansive terraces, and breathtaking sea views. With space for 31 guests and a simply breathtaking backdrop, it's the perfect venue for families, groups of friends, or intimate weddings (up to 50 guests; external catering is not allowed). The nearest restaurant is just 10 metres away, while Sorrento's shops and restaurants are within a short driving distance. Located 4 km from the nearest sandy beach, the villa also provides easy access to a bus stop, and nearby attractions such as Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples, and Capri are easily accessible by car.

Villa Lunamare (900 sqm) is built over 4 levels connected by an internal lift.

The villa boasts spacious common areas, including a modern professional kitchen equipped with 2 induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, an American coffee machine, and a drinking water filter machine. Guests can relax in the comfortably furnished living room, and a common use bathroom with a toilet is also available. For added convenience, there is a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

In the sleeping area, there are 12 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, each dedicated to a famous artist.

On the lower floor, you will find seven bedrooms:

On the upper floor, you will find one double bedroom (with a king size bed). This is the master bedroom and includes a beautiful view over the Gulf of Naples, a large ensuite bathroom (with shower, toilet, sink and bidet) as well as a private terrace with sun loungers, tables, and chairs, where you can relax, read, and soak up the sun in complete privacy.

Outside, you will find large terraces kitted out for dining or simply relaxing with tables and chairs and a selection of seating which includes swing chairs and lounge style armchairs. You can also relax on sun loungers on the sea-facing lawn. The swimming pools, one of which can be heated on request, measures 7 x 4 m with a depth of 1.1 m (open from 1 April to 31 October).
