Palm Villa, located near the small village of Porches, in the Algarve, is part of a property with a total area of about 15,000 square meters, it is a retreat of tranquility, which provides you with a unique stay, with total privacy.

It has three double bedrooms, all with private bathroom, with capacity for six guests, with the possibility of two extra guests.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the conveniences you would expect. There is also a second kitchen to support the main one and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue.

The open plan living/dining area has two spacious and comfortable sofas, two armchairs and a large dining table, which seats 10 people, television, fireplace and large windows overlooking the garden and pool area.

There is a second dining area on the covered terrace, with capacity for 10 people and a dining table, also covered, next to the barbecue, with capacity for 8 people.

The library and TV room has two spacious sofas and a comfortable armchair with footrest, providing a calm and peaceful environment for concentration or relaxation.

Next to the outdoor swimming pool* there is a sauna and a support bathroom.

In an annexe next to the house, for the exclusive use of guests, you have at your disposal an indoor pool*, Turkish baths, massage room and a fully equipped gym that provides all the conditions for a complete workout, both strength / muscular and cardiovascular. with multigym machine, weights, treadmill, elliptical bike, stair climber and rowing machine.

Outside there are several terraces and seating areas where you can relax and enjoy the scenery and the sounds and scents of the garden that surrounds the property. You also have at your disposal a tennis court, basketball hoop, children's playground with slide and swing and a huge lawn area.

* Both the outdoor and indoor pools can be heated, with an extra charge of €750 per week for the outdoor pool and €350 per week for the indoor pool.
