It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable seating area with a convertible sofa bed and a TV, a convertible dinner table, and Juliet balconies with French doors overlooking the street, perfect for enjoying the fresh air.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals.

The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Santa Catarina is a neighbourhood located in the central part of Lisbon, the capital city of Portugal. It is known for its lively atmosphere and famous shopping street, Rua de Santa Catarina, which features a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The neighbourhood is also home to the famous Santa Catarina viewpoint, which offers panoramic views of the city and the Tagus River. Additionally, Santa Catarina is located close to other popular areas such as Chiado and Bairro Alto.

Our apartment is centrally located near all sorts of shops, restaurants, theatres, and night bars and near several of the iconic places in Lisbon: Miradouro de Santa Catarina, Elevador da Bica, Chiado, Principe Real, Elevador de St. Justa, etc.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest tram station, Tram nº28, station Cç. Combro is just a 2-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 32-minute drive from the property.

Our apartment is also close to several public modes of transport: several buses, urban trains to Cascais and Sintra, and urban boats to Almada.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
