Residenza del Bravo is a large luxury apartment with several terraces, located in the village of Impruneta, on the outskirts of Florence. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, and is spread over 2 levels (main floor + attic).

It can accommodate up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. Air conditioning is present in the common areas and in two bedrooms. Some windows have mosquito nets. Pets are not allowed. Each bedroom boasts a private bathroom and a wardrobe.

Internally, the property is characterized by classic Tuscan style furnishings with antiques and precious accessories.

On the main floor guests will be welcomed by a large and bright open-space living area, elegantly furnished with sofas (including a double sofa bed), armchairs, fireplace, tv, bookcase, carpets, and direct access to a terrace. Following is a large dining room (with 2 tables and fireplace), and a small sitting room with two sofas, bookcase and tv.

Then you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with: refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and microwave.

Also on this level there is a laundry room (with washing machine and access to a terrace), and a bathroom with shower.

The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, both featuring a private bathroom with shower and bathtub (including a hot tub). One of the bedrooms also has a terrace with a small table and some chairs.

The attic floor is made up of a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, and a small roof terrace.

Near the apartment (about 100 m away) there is a large free uncovered parking.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house maintenance.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (150.00€); heating upon consumption during winter months. Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
