An unreserved parking space is included in the underground car park (pass access, one per apartment). As spaces aren't assigned, the garage may occasionally fill up during peak weeks — a car park opposite the building and street parking are available nearby as alternatives.

This apartment is ideally situated within walking distance of Armacao de Pera's vibrant town center, where you'll discover a wide range of bars (Tip! Pedros Beach Bar), shops, and restaurants to enjoy. If you're looking to unwind, the stunning beach is just a short stroll away and is a favorite among locals and visitors alike. You'll be spoiled for choice with the numerous restaurants serving fresh fish and both local and international cuisine.

For those who enjoy shopping, Algarve Shopping is just a quick 10-minute drive away, where you can find an extensive food court, cinema, and plenty of shops to keep you busy.

Albufeira, one of the most popular resorts in the Algarve, is only a 20-minute drive away. Additionally, you'll be close to major water parks and Zoomarine.

## Transit

There is public transport available in the area and all around the Algarve. But bus and trains do not go very often and a (rental) car is recommended
