Das Clube Alvor Ria ist eine gehobene Anlage am Hafen im Fischerdorf Alvor.

Die Lage des Komplexes ist erstklassig, ich würde hinzufügen, unschlagbar in Alvor, bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick und im Dorf. Sie sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß von einem bis Mitternacht geöffneten Minimarkt und 5 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Die Wohnung ist 203 (1. Stock) in Block A, die beste, weil Sie einen freien Blick auf das Meer und die Ria-Mündung haben.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr guten Erhaltungszustand, mit neuen und neuen Möbeln zu einem hohen Standard. Trotzdem hat es eine persönliche Note, die unsere Gäste mit allen erwarteten Annehmlichkeiten vertraut macht. Es gibt auch 2 Badezimmer (soziale und Suite), um mehr Privatsphäre und Komfort zu geben.

Schlafzimmer: geräumig, mit 2 Einzelbetten, die zu einem Doppelbett zusammengestellt werden können, mit 2 Nachttischen, einer Kommode mit Spiegel und einem Einbauschrank mit Schubladen. Es ist auch mit einem Bügeleisen, einem Brett und einem Wäscheständer ausgestattet.

Wohnzimmer: 3-Sitzer-Sofa, das sich in ein 2-Personen-Schlafsofa verwandeln lässt. Es gibt auch 1 Einzelsitzsofa. Der Essbereich verfügt über einen Tisch mit 4 Stühlen.

Küche: komplett ausgestattet mit allen geeigneten Geräten, einschließlich Herd, Backofen, Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Alle diese Maschinen sind sehr gut gepflegt. Es hat auch einen Erste-Hilfe-Kasten, einen Feuerlöscher und eine Feuerlöschdecke.

Balkon: mit einem Ruhesessel und einem Holztisch + 4 Holzstühlen, auf denen Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten einnehmen oder in der Sonne entspannen können. Die Aussichten sind atemberaubend.

Es verfügt über dedizierten WLAN-Zugang (Datenlimit bis zu 6, 5 GB) und eine Alternative, die von einem öffentlichen Netzwerk bereitgestellt wird.

Es hat auch eine individuelle Klimaanlage sowohl im Schlafzimmer als auch im Wohnzimmer, so dass Sie jederzeit Ihre eigene Definition von "Komfort" anpassen können.

Die Wohnung ist für den Mietzweck als "Alojamento Local" lizenziert, wurde von den örtlichen Behörden inspiziert und erfüllt alle Sicherheitsanforderungen.

Lovely apartment in excellent location

We stayed in this well equipped apartment for 12 days and had a wonderful holiday. The balcony was the perfect place to eat breakfast in the morning and to watch the sunsets in the evening. We also enjoyed the pool which was big enough for a nice swim and the sun loungers provided for relaxing in the sun. Couldn’t fault the central location which was in easy reach of restaurants, shops, beach and boardwalk. The only negative for us was the beds and pillows which we found to be very hard.

A great Alvor location, again.

This unit continues to be the best place to stay in Alvor. With easy access to the town (with restaurant selection options increasing every year while always retaining high quality); access to the beach and boardwalk. Even better with the furnishing improvements the owner completed this year. Looking forward to returning next year for our 3rd lengthy stay.

Beautiful Apartment

We really enjoyed our five night stay in the apartment again. The facilities are great and the view across the harbour to Lagos is fantastic. The perfect location for the beach, boardwalk and cafe/bars.

Fabulous Holiday

Lovely first floor apartment. Nice balcony, two bathrooms, all very clean. Flexible check in which was really good as we had a very early flight. We’ve been to Alvor many many times and love the location of the Clube Alvor Ria apartments. Communication with Joao was excellent. He responds very quickly and was very helpful.

The best location in Alvor!

Just finished a 5 week vacation here. This unit's location is perfect for quick and easy access to the town, the boardwalk and the beach. The view from the balcony is exceptional. Our host, Joao, was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Looking forward to returning next year.

Best Location

The apartment is decent, has all the amenities needed and sunshine on the balcony all day. However the best thing it the location, overlooking the river, very close to bars and restaurants without suffering from noise.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment is great it has every thing you need for a great stay very comfortable and relaxing holiday apartment and the views from the balcony are fantastic views of the harbour and pool plus you can see the sea and the beach and the location of the apartment is great just a short walk to bars cafes and restaurants plus just a 10 minute walk to beach. all in all if you want to stay in alvor then give this apartment a look we had one of best holidays in alvor in this apartment thanks for letting us stay João we will be back thanks

Great Location!

Loved this apartment, it’s got everything you need. Centrally located so a very short walk to restaurants, shops and bars. The balcony over looks the river, so it’s great for watching the kite surfers and fishermen. You also have your own sun beds and mattress for the pool. Beds are comfortable and having 2 bathrooms is a bonus. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Location

The apartment has everything you need. Excellent location as only a short walk to the beach , Alvor centre , shops , bars and restaurants. It has its own private parking and beautiful views over the harbour and of Lagos. Everything you need in the kitchen. Joao the owner replies very quickly to messages.

I have stayed at Clube Ria 4 times this is my first time in this apartment and I found this to be the better one... Two bathrooms with a shower in both was brilliant..I was staying with my mum and we both found the beds to be extremely comfortable.. the apartment is perfect and upon my return to alvor I wouldn't hesitate to book it again ... Alvor is one of my favourite places and Clube Ria is the place I will always book... I highly recommend anyone who wishes to find a place that is spot on... Thank you for making my holiday great by having an amazing apartment to stay in....ps the balcony was so good...great views of everything...we didn't watch TV once there was no need with views like that....

I am 50 years and live in Parede (Cascais) with my wife, 2 children (14 & 10 years) and 1 dog. We love to travel, mostly outside Portugal, but because my wife is an Azores native, we usually spend our summer there, in Pico Island, where nature is still so close to heaven. But we always keep our time in our long-term hidden-gem secret in Algarve, Clube Alvor Ria!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

While in continental Portugal, we simply love Alvor because it is such an unique and hidden gem among the almost crowded Algarve. Apart for the great conditions provided by the apartment and the complex itself, we are always vanished by the views and the location. Forget the car, park it in the garage and just walk: to the beach, to the pedestrian sidewalk along the ria, with its wooden bars, to the restaurants and mini-markets (hot bread until 10pm). We love our apartment.

The property is just five minutes walk from the wide and fabulous Alvor beach. If you prefer to stay in the complex, enjoy the pool while resting in our 4 long-chairs. If you love tennis, there is 2 public courts just opposite to the complex and you can access 5 golf courses on a 5/10 minutes car ride.
