This exquisite 3 story house is located in the beatiful Formentor area, just a short drive away from Puerto Pollensa. This property has a capacity to host up to 10 guests, with more than enough space in the common areas for everyone to enjoy a fantastic holiday in sunny Mallorca. There are five double bedrooms, and one room with twin single beds. Four of the bathrooms are en-suite. As you enter the interior, you will find on the left side the elevator, which connects with the other floors. On the right side, you will enter the large and stunning lounge area, with two large sofa areas to ensure all guests can enjoy a relaxing chilled out evening at the property. This area connects directly to the main terrace area, ideal for a morning sunny breakfast while enjoying the stunning sea and mountain views. The kitchen area is fully equipped, with all the necessary items that would you need for your stay to be as complete as possible, and will make you feel like you are preparing a meal at your own place.

On the third story you will find the stunning private pool terrace area, which also overlooks the beatiful bay and the mountains, making it the perfect holiday spot, to keep fresh while taking the views in.
