Zu Fuß nach Aubeterre - Wunderschönes Landhaus für Familien, beheizter Pool

Many thanks, Barbara. It was a pleasure to have you. Do hope you come again. Next year new kitchen and en suite bathroom for the terrace bedroom.

So glad you enjoyed your stay.It was a pleasure to have you. Do hope to see you again.

So glad you enjoyed your stay. It was a pleasure to host you: we do hope you come again. It’s a great place for an annual family get together. And improvements are planned all the time. By next summer there will be a new kitchen, and an extra en suite bathroom, I hope, added to the terrace bedroom. An extension to the outside dining / bbq area is also planned.

It was a pleasure to host you. So glad you had a good time. We hope to welcome you again. The house is constantly being upgraded, so do keep checking in - although I might manage to work an instagram account one of these days, to publish new photos! New kitchen and en suite bathroom for terrace bedroom planned before next summer, as well as extended outside eating area.

Dear Stephanie, Thank you so much for taking the trouble to write a review: your feedback is greatly appreciated. I am so glad that your trip was a success. I hope that you will come again! Kind regards, Justin

So glad you had a good stay and enjoyed the house, despite not being born to the quirks of British plumbing! Thanks for your patience. Plumbing gradually being upgraded! Hope to welcome you again.

thank you for this charming review! Justin

Dear Aline, this is a lovely review. Thank you so much for your stay and for taking the trouble to write a review. We would love to have you back! I provide an approximate translation of your review below (I hope that that’s ok). Anyone reading: please note that the pool is not necessarily kept open in October. English translation: “We had a very nice stay in la Sauzade, as a larger group of 10 adults with 3 children. “Thanks to the generous space and several bathrooms we had enough space for everyone and there was enough space for privacy. We were able to cook together in the evening and eat in the kitchen, the kids had fun playing in the garden or with the Playstation; there was a wide selection of games and movies for movie night. “The pool was heated and very pleasant at this time of year (early October), the village of Aubeterre was within walking distance and offers excellent restaurants and a bakery as well as other shops. “We really enjoyed our stay, and would return anytime.”

Thank you, Nelly. It was a pleasure to have your lovely family enjoy and appreciate our manor. Next year, new kitchen and en suite bathroom for the terrace bedroom! Welcome back!

Dear John I hope you see this message. La Sauzade is available again under new ownership and we would love to host any past visitors who would like to return.

Indeed! The property has been sold and is available to rent again. Decor is being refreshed and new photos will be out on VRBO soon - and a programme of gradual renovation and upgrading is planned. We hope you will come and see for yourselves!

Hi Jennifer, Thank you so much for your generous review - I am so delighted that you enjoyed staying, Justin
