Villa Tres Mares

The Place - Villa Tres Mares is a hand selected villa made for families and people who want to take a quality time off in a beautiful part of this world. Construction of this amazing home has been only completed in summer 2023. The villa is within 20 minutes walking distance to the well-known La Barossa beach or a short drive to one of the best beaches; Spain has to offer.

The Location - The home is located in a prime residential area, which is a quiet spot in town. Sancti Petri is easily to reach via Seville Airport (1,50 mins drive) or Malaga airport (2,30 mins drive). The house is located opposite the National Park Bahia Cardiz.

The Space - Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, garden, terrace and swimming pool. The villa has three bedrooms (master bed room with on-suite bathroom, second bedroom and third bedroom / teenager room with pull out bed and sofa bed which sleeps three youngsters). A fully equipped kitchen and barbeque is available for all designated chefs. The five meter high ceiling gives the space a lot of light and air. The villa has two full bathrooms and A/C throughout. The pool is accessible via the terrace and sun launchers are provided for the sun lovers. The electrical garage gate gives easy access by car.
