The house has 4 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, three with double beds and one with two 90 cm trundle beds and storage space. The bedrooms are designed so you can enjoy a restful night's sleep after a day full of activities.

This villa has free Wifi, air conditioning, ample outdoor areas, and is located near the beach, the Plaza de la Coveta Fumá with its bars and restaurants, the Tram stop that goes from Alicante to Denia, and the local supermarket, etc.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES AFTER 22:00 OR BEFORE 08:00 AM COST €30 EACH.
ELECTRICITY INCLUDED 200 KWS PER WEEK. EXTRA CONSUMPTION WILL BE CHARGED AT €0.25/Kw.
Easter and Christmas are priced the same as June/September.
