We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 0565963006. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure, or at our Portoferraio offices.
Very central location, close to the tourist promenade where sailboats and yachts are anchored, convenient to all services: pubs, lounge bars, restaurants, pizzerias and the fantastic and typical shops along the Darsena.

One bed-room apartment 2/4 beds
The apartment is located in the pleasant setting of the picturesque streets of the centre, on the first floor of a small residential building, a position that makes it comfortable and bright at the same time. It has a living room with double sofa bed and a modern kitchen. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and finally a lovely bathroom with shower cubicle.

- from mid-June to mid-September restricted traffic zone (we can provide a Ztl pass)
- overlooking one of the main squares, where there is a large paid car park, of which the first 20 minutes are free, perfect for a stop when unloading luggage

Important Notes:
- no group of guys under 21 years old allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed (maximum 1) to be communicated to the staff, with a cleaning supplement of €30
- air conditioning on request and for a fee of €5 per day
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
