A bright, airy open plan small studio flat in Hackney, Stoke Newington. The flat is a 5-10 mins walking distance to Dalston and Church Street and also is moments from London Fields and Broadway Market. You can easily find so many local bars, pubs (open until late night hours), restaurants, coffee shops, markets, and co-working spaces around. Also, there are great transport links to the rest of the city too. If you’re up for an adventure, there’s no better base for a London stay.
The studio flat is located on the second floor, in the front. You will have access to the entire flat which has its private entrance.
You’ll also have a sofa bed which can be used for both single and double options. If you wish, during the daytime you can use it just as a tidy and comfortable sofa as well.
An equipped kitchen complete with fridge, oven, kettle and so on and its washing machine. You will also have private super-fast Wi-Fi. Additionally, the flat has a work table, bookshelves, and a small wardrobe.
Please note there is no parties. A family lives on the 1st floor and it's a generally quiet environment in the evenings.
