Villa Martorellet by Villa Plus

This beautiful 5 bedroom villa is built in traditional stone, with several authentic features, a large swimming pool and garden, and a private view of the surrounding mountains. It's an easy 10 minute drive through the Pollensa countryside to the old town, which has a huge choice of traditional Spanish restaurants and quaint shops. Plus, several excellent beaches are also within a short drive of Villa Martorellet. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Martorellet sits at the base of the Tramuntana Mountains, in a great countryside setting, only 10 minutes' drive from Pollensa Old Town. The town has a huge choice of traditional cafes and restaurants to sample. Plus, if you choose to spend a day at the beach, there are several excellent sandy bays in the area. A choice of good golf courses, family activities and attractions are also within a short drive.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
