The nearest sandy beach is about 8 km away from the house, that is located in a completely fenced, nice and well-kept Mediterranean garden.

Outside accommodation:

The outside area of the house is spacious and offers a variety of comfortable outdoor spaces. Directly in front of the house there is a very nice, large veranda with comfortable garden furniture from where you can enjoy the sea view. On the back of the house there is another porch with table and barbecue for great shared moments. Small building with outdoor shower and laundry with washing machine. A subtropical garden area complete the framework of a Mediterranean vacation. Parking inside the property. For the duration of the stay, a rental car is recommended.

Conclusion:

The sea, with picturesque rocky coasts is only a short walk away from the house. The nearest sandy beach as well as the city of Syracuse are also a few minutes away.

The approximately 110 sqm large living space of the house extends over two levels and offers functional rooms for up to five people. The living area on the ground floor is about 70 square meters large and offers a bright furnished living area with air conditioning, kitchenette and dining area. Living room with sofas and TV. Small bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan. Bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the sleeping loft with air conditioning, a double and a single bed.

If you leave the kitchen not cleaned (dishes washed and tided up, garbage thrown away, sink and kitchen furniture cleaned up), 50 € are required for this extra cleaning.
