This detached house with a private pool (7,30mt x 3,20mt, from 01.04. to 31.10 opened) is located in the countryside about 2.5 km from Floridia. The house is set on the hillside, within a property of approximately 1,700 sqm and enjoying great views of the surrounding countryside stretching as far as Siracusa.
External accommodation: The detached house is surrounded by three terraces that offer the possibility of having breakfast or dinner outdoors, in front of a splendid view of the surrounding countryside. Directly in front of the front door there is a wonderful covered veranda with seating from where you can enjoy the colourful sunsets while sitting comfortably with a glass of wine.
A pool right in front of the house is available for guests' exclusive use. Barbecue and garden furniture available.

From the park area, 15 easy steps lead to the ground floor living area of about 80 square meters of the house, which is functionally furnished for four to six people.
The house offers an open-plan ambience with a kitchen with a kitchenette with four gas rings, electric oven, dishwasher and toaster, living room with dining table, upholstered furniture in the form of a sofa bed for 2 people (use of the house for up to 6 people at an additional cost), flat screen TV and air conditioning. A washing machine and Wi-Fi are also available.
The sleeping facilities for five people consist of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room. In the bedroom with two single beds, which can also be put together if necessary, there are no shelves or cupboards. A bathroom with shower/toilet completes the premises of the house.

It is compulsory to leave the kitchen clean (washed dishes, rubbish thrown away, sink and kitchen furniture tidied up), otherwise € 50 will be charged for this extra cleaning.
