Puebla is in Salamanca, Madrid’s upmarket neighborhood, most famous for classy bars and designer boutiques. The apartment is also right on the doorstep of the spectacular Retiro- Madrid’s best known park. After a day out exploring this wonderful part of the Spanish capital, come home to the ideal apartment.

The open living and dining room is stunning, with beautiful decor and furniture to represent our grassland theme. The bay windows ensure the dining area is bathed in natural light. The space also features a dedicated workstation, making it just as pleasant a place to work, as relax in.

The stylish bedroom also benefits from natural light, and is fully furnished. Including a soft, double bed, and built-in wardrobes. Both bathroom and kitchen are modern, and fully equipped with all fittings and appliances.

Puebla’s most spectacular feature though, is surely its communal pool and garden. The cool water and lush greenery being the perfect accompaniment to the hot, Spanish summers. A marvelous oasis in the heart of Madrid. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.

This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
