Hi Rita, first of all I would like to thank you for your stay, you were extremely polite and clean guests and with pleasure I would like to host you in the future in one of our houses. I wanted to respond to the review to clarify some information for other guests: In the advertisement it is specified in detail that the apartment is located on a low floor, furthermore there are all the photos that demonstrate this without the possibility of a doubt. I can confirm that it is cool in summer and warm in winter, however it has independent air conditioning and heating. Unfortunately we cannot put covers on the terrace, as they are very high up in the past they have flown away causing great damage so it has been prohibited, furthermore the furniture on the terrace was changed a week ago, now there are new seats and a table and new cushions. If you want to try something different we have, in the same building, a beautiful boutique hotel or a beautiful penthouse in the heart of Trastevere. Rates are different for each type of apartment but they are all managed and owned by us directly so in all of them you will find the same care for guests. With us, customer happiness is not just a phrase but a state of fact. Thank you again for choosing us and I hope to meet you again
