Eine Wohnküche und ein Familienzimmer mit Fenstern an drei Seiten, wo Sie den Sonnenaufgang über dem langen Ostblick auf den See beobachten können. Es gibt 2 Queen-Size-Schlafsofas im Familienzimmer. Sie haben Ihr eigenes privates Deck / Dock und eine Sitzecke am See. Verbringen Sie Ihren eigenen Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden und bleiben Sie dabei in Ihrem privaten Bereich. We loved waking up to the sunrise over the lake and the chipmunks playing all around the area. The cottage itself was very clean and just the right size for the two of us. Helena was great at communication, ensuring we had what we needed, but also giving us distance to enjoy our time there. We enjoyed our time somuch that we decided to extend our stay for two days and Helena helped us facilitate the process with VRBO.

Paradise on the Lake

Our stay was wonderful, everything was as advertised and couldn’t have been nicer and easier for our lake vacation. The unit was super clean and well cared for. The owners were incredibly thoughtful and helped to make our stay very enjoyable. The boating and fishing on the lake, right from the dock was incredible and enjoyed by all. The view over the lake was inspiring and relaxing. We’re looking forward to our next visit!!

Nice place. Beautiful scenery

We’ll kept and clean. Cozy with a full kitchen and a picture post-card view of the lake. Our hosts, Helena and Steve took every opportunity to make sure we had everything we needed. A canoe and a paddle boat were offered. We took the canoe. It was a lovely lake to canoe on. We had to give 4 stars for location because off the proximity to the road and the sound of traffic, which we quickly became accustomed to. We had s wonderful, and peaceful, stay.

Wonderful Relaxing Experience

The Paradise Guest Cottage was a lovely 1 mo stay for me since I enjoy being on fresh water. From watching the morning sun dance on the water to looking down from the deck at the fish swimming below, every view of the lake was beautiful. And because the trees shaded the deck from noon on, there was almost always a nice cool cross breeze through the cottage. Otherwise, the A/Cs were very effective. Laid back in this clean, well kept cottage, complete kitchen, W&D, comfortable bed, with no issues, except for unavoidable road noise. My host family was engaging, helpful and fun, but respected my privacy also. Excellent fishing even off the dock. Very enjoyable stay.

Perfect

This cottage was everything we needed in our vacation. Cozy with a beautiful view. Swimming, boating and fishing were some of our favorite activities while we stayed. We loved it so much we booked the second week! The Guttmans were super friendly and were very helpful with any questions we had. They recommended some food spots that were great! They even had mugs made for us with our names and wedding date on them as a surprise gift since this was technically our honeymoon. So thoughtful! They treat you like family which makes the whole experience even better. We will definately be renting again 🥰

Perfect for UNH family visit.

The purpose of our trip was to take our daughter to her first year of college at UNH. We are from Las Vegas. The 3 of us loved the location of the cabin, and the lake view was perfect and peaceful. The cabin was clean inside, and the owners/property managers were fantastically helpful and pleasant. Check-in was a breeze, as the owners met us at the property. Check-out was just as simple. The cabin was nicely distanced from UNH and surrounding areas of interest. We very much enjoyed our time there. I would have given 5 stars across the board but for the deck and dock areas being spider-webby, which could have been broomed before we arrived. (I will note that we did arrive a bit early on check-in day, perhaps cutting into the cabin's preparation time.) But for that one very small issue, the cabin was exactly what we had hoped for. We enjoyed our time. I would highly recommend this cabin and its owners, who are great people!

Perfect getaway

This little cottage was the perfect getaway for my husband and our 2 kids (ages 4 and 8 months). It's clean, quiet and right on the water, and I mean right on the water. My husband did some fishing from the deck! Our daughter (4 years old) had an amazing time swimming right off the dock, riding in the paddle boat and fishing with her daddy. The hosts are great! Super friendly and very quick to respond if you have any questions or need anything. Plus the cute little mugs they had waiting for us as our honeymoon gift! (Since this was technically our honeymoon). And if that wasn't thoughtful enough! They even had some sparkling cider waiting for us since I'm pregnant and can't have wine 🥰 we loved it here so much we booked next week too!😂 and I'm sure we will be back again. Thank you Helena for an amazing week ❤

Great time on a beautiful lake

My husband and I had a great time at the cottage. It was well-suited for a couple - clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with supplies. We had fun fishing off the dock, canoeing our side of the very clean lake, and sitting out on the balcony at night. The owners were communicative and accommodating, helped us find our way when we got a bit lost and met us upon check in. We unfortunately had to cut our trip a day short due to a family situation, but we would love to come back sometime in the future when we can manage it.

A week in Paradise

We had amazing week staying in the cabin on Paradise Ln. Helena reached out to us a few days prior asking for more of our preferences, so when we got there we had a Keurig and a brand new canoe. The cabin was beyond our expectations. The sunroom, deck and dock were wonderful. They had many water toys, including a kayak and two tubes already blown up. The location was very private and right on top of the lake. Helen and her wonderful children met us when we arrived, and she was always available to answer any questions. The kitchen was well stocked and the bottle of wine was a nice touch. We could not have been more pleased with our week on Northwood Lake.

Close to everything like Portsmouth, Concord and Manchester, very clean property and owner very easy to deal with, you hear loons calling in the distance at night, and we even saw a bald eagle one day....Very Relaxing....would recommend if you like convenience and seafood!!!
