BESCHREIBUNG: Lovely Post und Strahl Ufergegend Haus mit angrenzenden ein Schlafzimmer Hütte alle in unmittelbarer Nähe von Seawall Eingang von Acadia National Park, Wonderland und Schiffe Hafen für die Wander-Enthusiasten. Home verfügt über eine große Terrasse, die die volle Breite der Wasserseite des Hauses zusammen mit einem Vier-Personen-Whirlpool auf dem Deck überspannt. Das Haus ist sehr privat, liegt eine lange Auffahrt und blickt auf einen felsigen Strand und den westlichen Weg, mit weitem Blick auf die Berge von Acadia. Mit Blick auf das Wasser von jedem Zimmer und eine Ebene leben, ist dies ein Haus für alle Altersgruppen. Das Gelände ist mit reifen Pflanzungen, einem Rasen für Outdoor-Aktivitäten sowie einem Weg zur Uferlinie angelegt.

LAYOUT: ONE LEVEL: Waschküche mit Waschmaschine-Trockner. Großzügige offene, voll ausgestattete Küche, Esszimmer und versunkenes Wohnzimmer. Großes Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Queen-Size-Bett, ensuite Master-Bad mit überdimensionierten Wanne / Dusche Combo und Zugang zum Deck aus einer Reihe von Glasschiebetüren. 2. Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, ein Bad 3/4 Bad mit großer begehbarer Dusche mit Sicherheitsleisten. Dieses Zimmer hat auch Zugang zu dem Deck über eine Reihe von Glasschiebetüren. OTHER: Gästehaus, das nur wenige Schritte vom Haupthaus entfernt ist - es bietet 2 Einzelbetten (kann zu einem König verbunden werden), Kathedrale Decken mit Ventilator und ein Vollbad. This was our second time at the property. We really enjoyed our stay. There is a beautiful view of a working harbor with excellent sunrise views right in front of you. The proximity of all good things on the “quiet side” is convenient. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped for a cooking if you choose. The property and setting is private and quiet. I think the deer remembered us from last year!We look forward to returning as our schedules permit.

The house was spacious and well appointed (especially the kitchen which we appreciated because we do a lot of cooking). The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The setting was private and quiet. The view of the water was spectacular. This was a great location to enjoy all Acadia has to offer.

Perfect relaxing getaway!

We had such a lovely stay! The deck and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after long days of hiking, and we spotted deer, sea lions, and turkeys! The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed, and we couldn't have had a better time.

Great location for exploring Acadia

Great location for exploring Acadia and to relax after a day of hiking. Nice views from the back deck, hot tub was great and beds were comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped (we couldn't find the corkscrew, but I'm guessing we just missed it). It is a bit of a drive to get to a large grocery store, so plan accordingly. You can find smaller shops offering basics closer by. Overall a lovely place and would stay here again.

Seawall Retreat

Lovely retreat with excellent views! Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and cookware needed to make meals. Plenty of room for a family of four to each have their own space. We would stay here again if we are visiting Acadia in the future.

Kitchen fully equipped, several pieces of cookware were worn, keurig coffee maker did not work, sunscreen in kitchen broken and partially hanging down. Lock to cottage not very secure. Trash and recycle bins full when we arrived but owner arranged for a early trash pu. Other than that, the views are beautiful and property very private. Communication with host was excellent.

Another Wonderful Stay

Thanks for another wonderful stay at your beautiful house. Location is great for exploring the "quiet side" of Acadia and the house is very clean and convenient for 6 guests. Being there for the super Sturgeon Moon rising over the water was amazing. We can't wait to go back.

So rare that a property exceeds expectations. What an absolutely gorgeous spot—well appointed, clean, seamless check in, attention to small gestures like new bedding and big fluffy towels. Cannot recommend this house and the proprietors highly enough.

Great location, wonderful ocean views

Quaint older style cottage(s) located near Seawall. Lots of wildlife (saw deer multiple times per day). About a 15 minute walk to Seawall, 10 minutes to the General Store. Bonus that each room has their own bathroom. Hot tub on deck was nice to use in the evenings after long, active days in the Park.

Love this place

a fantastic location, private but convenient to everything. Wonderful watching the lobster boats setting out in the morning fog, or a regatta from the local club from the hot tub! The cottage is superb, casual but well appointed - where else can you find a 'le creuset' dutch oven or Henkel knives in the kitchen? Owners are friendly and responsive, as are the team who keeps up the property, which has had many recent upgrades. Can't say enough about the place.

Peaceful paradise

Incredible views and so peaceful

The minute you walk into the home, you can feel that this is a well loved family home. It is a quiet secluded spot of paradise, central to Southwest Harbor and numerous hiking trails. We had such a lovely time again in this beautiful home - with its comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and stunning views. Thank you again for another wonderful stay, we cannot wait to return next year.

Setting was spectacular. Home was quaint which we loved….kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies you would want/need. The only suggestion would be a king size bed for the main bedroom which would accommodate a person that was 6’5” in height. Loved our stay and would come again. ❤️

The best

Everything about this house speaks of the sea, from the ocean outside your door to the knick knacks. The location is private but close enough to bass harbor and southwest harbor to be convenient. Makes you feel like youve been summering here forever!

View from the deck was amazing. Location 20 minutes to Bar Harbor. Wonderful trails everywhere. Charlotte’s lobster right around the corner. Seriously- watch for the deer right around there!

MDI Fall visit

Visited for our anniversary and wife's birthday. Beautiful setting. Peaceful surroundings. Greeted almost every morning by deer in the yard. Convenient to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor but can escape the crowds. Definitely would return and recommend!

Book Again!

The property is as shown in the listing. A private setting, looking out at Great Cranberry Island. Lobster boats pass each morning and evening, with a nice tide change and perfect view of the sunrise. The main house is lovely post and beam with a well equipped kitchen. The cottage bed & bath area is great (I was in that area). We have already Booked Again.

A little bit of heaven

Loved the cottage and location - close to everything on the island but private and surrounded by nature. Deer make an appearance daily, close to SW Harbor and the Quiet Side of Acadia National Park treasures, warm sunrises and ocean air, watching regattas from the deck, and everything you would want you can find at the Erhart Cottage! 5 star in my book!

We love this house in Southwest Harbor

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. The location cannot be beat as the view from inside and on the deck is so beautiful to watch the sea life and boats and sunrises. New couch was very comfotable and all the beds were comfortable too. Our dogs love it too watching the ducks and birds on the water. Even saw a couple of seals in the bay. Victoria is quick to respond and excellent communicator. We will be back Cindy Marlow and family
