Welcome to our home!

The house features an open-plan living area designed for comfort and relaxation. In the living room, you’ll find a large sofa, a flat-screen smart TV, and a bookshelf with a selection of entertaining reads.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with the essential cookware and cutlery you’ll need to prepare a delicious homemade meal.

There are two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and the other with a double bed. Both are fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.

The bathrooms include everything you need to freshen up, including a bathtub, toilet, and sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience. A washing machine is also available should you need to do laundry during your stay.

For your comfort and safety, the house is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitised before each stay.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Fulham is a great base for exploring London, with Parsons Green station just a five-minute walk away. The area is home to several beautiful attractions, including Bishops Park, the WWT London Wetland Centre, the Chelsea FC Museum, and Fulham Palace. You’ll also find plenty of excellent restaurants and bars nearby, such as ibis London Earls Court, The Crabtree, and The River Café.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Parsons Green station, is just a 5-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 40-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
