The house is ideal for a family of 2 traveling to Seville and wanting to be in the very center, 5 minutes from Plaza de la Encarnación and surrounded by bars, restaurants and services. It is located in a typical Sevillian patio house in a 2-story building, and that has 2 neighbors. On the top floor there is a nice and pleasant terrace where you can watch the sunset with a glass of wine in hand

The house has a spacious living room with an open kitchen. Television and WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, hob and oven, as well as a fridge and freezer.
It has two bedrooms, one with two single beds (one of them trundle) and the other with a double bed. 2 bathrooms with bathtub, one ensuite. You can also enjoy the glass corridor with incredible light and that overlooks the Sevillian patio. On the upper floor you can enjoy the magnificent terrace that has a table and chairs to spend a pleasant evening at sunset.

It is very important that you keep in mind that it is my own home, so my belongings are in cabinets and drawers.

My family lives upstairs so anything needed will be taken care of immediately.
