The accommodation is ideal for families or a small group of friends who love the comfort of large spaces, the relaxation of nature and prefer a private location away from the chaos of the city.
ENVIRONMENTS
Spread over two levels, the villa is composed on the ground floor of a large living room with dining area, a kitchen, a double bedroom with a second foldaway bed and a bathroom with washing machine. While on the first floor we find a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a second large bathroom.
It is possible to enjoy the sea view from most of its rooms, but the real highlight of the structure remains the immense terrace where you can have lunch, relax and sunbathe immersed in the vastness and breathtaking beauty of the landscape.
POSITION
Despite the dominant position on the heights of Recco, the villa is located less than 10 minutes from the motorway exit and just 5 km from the center.
It represents the ideal place both for those who want to visit the beauties of the area such as the Park of the Monte di Portofino and the characteristic villages of the Ligurian Riviera, and as a base for other nearby destinations such as the City of Genoa and the Cinque Terre.
