Tuscany holiday home

Summary:
This beautiful Tuscany holiday home is set in the Chianti region and is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. With six stylish bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests.

The Space:
This Tuscany holiday home has been recently restored and renovated. Outside, this semi detached property boasts a private swimming pool (6m x 10m and between 1.2m and 2m deep) as well as a heated jacuzzi, both of which enjoy wonderful views over the surrounding countryside.

Inside, the accommodation in this Tuscany holiday home is arranged over four floors. The decor throughout is stylish, offset by the beautiful wooden floors and ceilings.

Guests enter into the lower floor where there is a lovely living area with comfortable sofa and TV. Stairs lead from here to two of the double bedrooms - Viola and Margherita - both furnished with queen-size beds and ensuite shower rooms. The fully equipped kitchen is also here. Finally, there is a fitness suite with treadmill and exercise bike on the lower floor of this Tuscany holiday home along with a shower room to cool off after an hour in the gym!

On the ground floor, there is another living room with comfortable seating. This leads through to an outdoor terrace, equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining.

On the first floor of this Tuscany holiday home are three further bedrooms - Rosa, Girasole and Peonia. Two have double bedrooms whilst the third is furnished with two single beds. All have ensuite shower rooms.

The sixth and final bedroom - Gelsomino - is located in the tower of this Tuscany holiday home. It enjoys stunning views over the surrounding countryside.

Please note that due to the presence of many steps within the property, this house is not suitable for those with mobility issues.

Rates exclude some additional costs. This includes 300 euros per week for air conditioning and heating and a final cleaning fee of 350 euros. There is also a local tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person. Children below the age of 13 are exempt.
