Hervorragend möblierte und ausgestattete vollklimatisierte Villa mit 5 Betten / 4 Bädern (3 davon en suite), 15 Minuten von Disney World und in der Nähe vieler Meisterschaftsgolfplätze. Die Villa verfügt über ein Spielzimmer mit großem Billardtisch und Tennisschlägern. Die Lounge verfügt über 2 Ledersofas, einen Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und alle Schlafzimmer sowie einen kleinen Safe und WLAN-Internetzugang. Terrassentüren führen zu einer 40 "x 25" großen, abgeschirmten Terrasse mit 14 "x 28" großen, optionalen, beheizten Poolmöbeln (ohne Aussicht) zum Entspannen, Sonnenbaden und Essen im Freien. Die Schlafzimmer umfassen 1 Kingsize-Master-Suite, 1 Queensize-Master-Suite, 1 Doppelzimmer mit Bad, 1 Zweibettzimmer und ein Disney-Kinderzimmer mit 2 Etagenbetten, die sich das 4. Badezimmer teilen. Auch ein Zustellbett, Kinderbett, Hochstuhl, Spielplatz, Kinderwagen. Alle Zimmer verfügen über TV, Telefon (kostenlose Anrufe in die USA und nach Kanada) und Haartrockner. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit 2 Frühstücksbars, separatem Esszimmer und separatem voll ausgestatteten Waschraum.
Unsere Villa wurde durchgehend frisch gestrichen und verfügt über brandneue Fliesenböden in Wohnzimmer, Küche und Esszimmer. Neue Flachbildfernseher in Wohn- und Schlafzimmern.

Family time

We enjoyed every bit of our time there. Very spacious and just as expected. We enjoyed the pool and they loved the pool table. Would stay there again. Host was very responsive to any and everything. Beautiful home

Disney trip

Loved our stay! Dee was super easy to communicate with and was on top of any (minor) issue we had. We had 5 adults and 5 kids ranging in age from 4-17 and there was plenty of space for everyone. Beds were comfy, pool was awesome. Easy drive to the parks, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Would definitely stay again!

Spacious house in great location!

This house was wonderfully spacious to accommodate our family of 11. We really enjoyed our private pool in the lanai in the back yard with the privacy fence at the back as well, not looking at someone else’s back yard! We would absolutely stay here again when the kids want to visit any of the Orlando and area attractions!

Very quiet neighborhood

House was in a very quiet neighborhood, was really nice. The property manager was great anything that went wrong she fixed right away. Was about 45-60 minutes away from all parks, but it was nice to be away from all the noise. Will definitely stay again.

Great Place!

This was a great place to stay! Away from the city, quiet, very comfortable! It would of gotten 5 stars but the light on the pool did not work at night and the game room was small! But we will stay here again! I have already passed the information on to 4 of my friends! The owner is fantastic, Terri is very responsive and understanding!

Rose Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Davenport, staying at Rose Villa. Our Property Manager (Dee) was Extremely Responsive to all of our requests, needs and concerns (no matter how Trivial) Parks , and attractions were very close, as were Restaurants. Uber Drivers in the Davenport , Clermont areas are amazing and very responsive. We used them often in the Evenings. We were there for a Month. 😊

The only concern we had was when the sherriff department showed up with a paper and a BRIGHT orange sticker that said taxes where overdue.An the house keeper was there until 530 .even though check in time was at 4.,however she was pleasant and went along with cleaning ,while we unpacked our things

Good property

Stayed there for 2 weeks. House was very clean and spacious and is what the pictures show. Host was easy to deal with and very responsive. The house could use some maintenance ( screens by the pool, some cracked tiles, and the carpets were worn in places) and the washer and dryer may need to be replaced in the near future. In all I had a great stay and would stay there on our next trip. I will say this and this is for all property owners ( not only this one) that you should base how much supplies you give ( toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags) on the length of stay. The Person staying one night and the person staying a week or longer shouldn’t get the same amount of supplies. Just my opinion Great house though and worth the money

We had a great time there were a few things: the fridge is dying leaking water on food Paper towels and TP should be included in a destination place and wasn’t More plates and pans would be good for group of 8 we like to cook The grill burns food low doesn’t work There was a piece from dishwasher in top tray don’t know what it is for? Good size an location - minimal essentials

Good location for parks, large property with good rooms and pool. Property needs thorough maintenance attention. Water stains on master bedroom ceiling and dishwasher did not dissolve detergent packets. Half missing towel bar in master bath, and partially disassembled closet in one room, among other items needing attention. These did not impact our stay, but were noticeable. Note limited cell service in neighborhood, so note access details prior to arrival. Overall a pleasant stay.

A nice place for our large family vacation but there were a few improvements needed

The house was nice with a good layout. All kitchen appliances and necessary utensils and tools were supplied making cooking easy. Beds were comfy and it was fairly clean; however, the carpets upstairs could have been cleaner. The pool was clean but the sides were a rough stone that caused a few abrasions. Also we expected more of the games room as the space was too small for the pool table making it hard to play and the dart board had no working darts and no ball to go with the tennis rackets. Overall we had a great stay but this place could be a 5 star with a few changes.

Ok for the price

House was in decent condition for the price. There was lots of room for our group of 9 and the house was clean. I did alert the property manager of a few things we noticed when we arrived. The one bedframe was broken and held up by a board. It was still fine to sleep on but the bed did dip a little. Throughout the week, we also noticed most of the Tvs did not get signal or wouldn't work, the dryer took forever to dry clothes, and the fridge was leaking water constantly had water on the shelves. We paid for pool heating fee but the pool still was cold and we did not notice it being heated. The outside trash can had magets all over it. Overall it was a good stay and minimal inconveniences but probabaly would bot stay at the property again.

Spacious, good location but needs an exterminator

The size and bedrooms of this house were awesome for my group of 12. Unfortunately my husband woke up the very first night with a massive cockroach on his leg in bed 😭 of course this freaked out all the kids the entire vacation. We came across a few other huge roaches and some small ones. Kids refused to use garage game room the whole time after spotting roaches scurring in there. Id highly suggest having someone take care of this. Otherwise, the pool was amazing for everyone, the room layouts were great, dryer worked awesome, fridge was nice, the location seemed safe with plently of store options around and not too far from theme parks. More living room seating would be nice so everyone can sit but space is understandably limited in living area. There were multiple areas with light blubs out, transition pieces missing causing people to step on carpet tacks, the bathroom doorknob to the master bath immediately fell off. This is a decent place that could be made great with a little extra care. 🙂

Big enough and close to the parks!

Overall our stay as a family of 9 was enjoyable! All appliances worked great and AC worked so well that we were able to enjoy the cool air after the parks all day and not spend a fortune on eating out! Location is close to a grocery store so it was easy to grab stuff we needed/forgot at home. However, the mattresses are completely worn out not comfortable and maybe should be replaced. There needs to be a little more seating for larger parties (the sectional is not conducive to everyone having a place to sit comfortably). The lights in the bunk bed room were completely burned out and no bulbs around to replace, with the air set it was extremely hot upstairs without ceiling fans, there were also burnt out lights in the master downstairs, kitchen and entry way. There was a hole in the bathroom wall in the master bath where it looks like the towel bar came off and was not repaired. Lastly the biggest issue we found were bugs, water bugs upstairs. Not consistently but enough times the kids were scared to sleep in one of the upstairs bedrooms without an adult checking the room first.

Spacious and good location

The pictures of the house were very accurate. The beds were firm and comfortable. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Washer and dryer worked just fine. There were only 5 forks and no extra trash bags so plan for that. If you plan on baking bring your own mixer. The trashcans were put out for us. There is no access gate to worry about. My family and I would stay there again if the opportunity arises.

The house and pool was excellent. We did find bugs in the kitchen and the garburator didn't work. Would be nice if toilet paper was supplied. Overall excellent house in great area. Would stay again.

Great stay!!!

My family stayed at this home while our high school band was at Disney. It was close to Disney so it didn't take long to get there (except for the traffic some days!). House was great! Pool and lanai was awesome! Spent most of our down time there! Kids loved it!
