The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV and dining seating for six guests, a utility with washing machine, larder fridge, and tumble dryer, a dining room with seating for ten guests and a sitting room with Sky TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV and en-suite bathroom, a double with TV and basin, a twin with basin and a twin, along with a ground-floor shower room and a bathroom. Outside there is a rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and a barbecue and off-road parking is available. Within 2.1 miles you will find a shop and within 2 miles, a pub. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Travel cot, highchair and six stairgates provided. Crannacombe Farmhouse is a delightful dwelling, perfect for beginning your Devon adventure. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Note: One of the twin bedrooms is accessed via the double bedroom with a separator curtain in between. Note: There is a landline for emergency calls only.
