La Tuilerie Grange at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie' is ideally situated on the banks of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue.
La Tuilerie de la Roussie is exclusively reserved for guests 18+ years old.
The property has direct access to the River Vézere and a 12km cycle path; from here you can cycle/walk along the river bank to Le Bugue / Les Eyzies and beyond. We offer you FREE MOUNTAIN BIKES LOAN.
La Tuilerie Grange has a terrace with table & chairs, plus it's own separate private garden/decking/BBQ area.

The fabulous 12m x 5m heated swimming pool is situated next to La Tuilerie de la Roussie manor house, here you can relax on luxurious comfortable sun loungers (pool towels provided) and sun shade umbrellas. Most of the time you will have this space to yourselves. Please note that guests from our other two person adult only gite 'Le Petit Chateau' also have access to the pool.

The characterful accommodation has two double bedrooms and both have en-suite shower rooms. The fully equipped kitchen is open plan to the living area and looks out over the courtyard of the manor house and Le Petit Chateau.
The television has French or UK Freeview TV channels available plus, with new fibre high speed broadband, Netflix is now available.

We also offer FREE USE OF A KAYAK (subject to river conditions); we can take you with the kayak to Les Eyzies for you to kayak down the river (for approximately 1 hour) directly back to your accommodation.
The well-kept gardens are a magnet for birds so it's great for bird watching.
The property is pretty secluded without being isolated.
