This apartment is located in the city centre, a few metres from La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are totally innovative. It is the ideal place to have appetizers on Sundays and perfect if you want to shop at Rastro, a very diverse open-air market. Spacious, welcoming and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment in the Madrid of the Habsburgs invites you to stay as soon as you enter. Although the apartment is located in an area full of life, packed with services, bars, restaurants and theatres, it enjoys a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to being in the inner part of the building and its good insulation. Steeped in culture and history, the Madrid of the Habsburgs is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city.

The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator.
Upon entering, there is an open space that integrates the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob and everything necessary for cooking, and the living room, tastefully decorated and equipped with a nice sofa next to the dining area. This environment has access to a very pleasant terrace.
The night area has four double bedrooms, all with double beds.
It has two bathrooms with shower.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out in May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established property protocols, the hours in the heating months will be from 1:00 pm until 11:00 pm

To take into account:
Important: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Tourist stays are not accepted.
The guest must prove the reason for their stay (for example, temporary transfer for work, studies, medical treatments, caring for a relative, etc.) and, in addition, will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
