Villa Ametista is a characteristic and welcoming three-story villa in a quiet position, surrounded by the Sicilian countryside. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Ametista you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery. Villa Ametista is 450 square meters (4850 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 7.5 km (4.7 miles) from the historical center of Modica, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 2.3 km (roughly 1.4 miles) and the closest beach (Pozzallo beach) at 13.5 km (roughly 8.4 miles). You will reach Villa Ametista from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Ametista you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Ametista is along a narrow road.
Villa Ametista is tended by the owner, who resides in an annex on the premises.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 2.50 meters (8.2 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff) and has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the garden. The pool is open all year round.
Patio
The patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees and by a wood roof. It is equipped with masonry benches and with tables, chairs, deck chairs and an hammock. On the patio you will find a cooking area. This area is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave oven. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 1500 square meters (16200 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees and by a pergola. The garden is equipped with sofas and armchairs. From the garden you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.
Middle Level (Entrance Level)Dining Room
The furnishings of the dining room are cozy and comfortable. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the garden through two French doors.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room through a cased opening. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden. The room also has a large window.
Top LevelLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with stone tiles. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include two sofas. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a glass wall. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden, going down approximately eight steps, through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a ceiling fan.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is with wall tiled with stone and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
Bottom LevelBedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a small high window. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a small high window.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is decorated with mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.

The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. The dining table can accommodate four guests.
