Diese Einheit mit seiner atemberaubenden Aussicht befindet sich in Gebäude 2, 6. Etage, 2. Einheit vom Strand entfernt. Lauschen Sie der sanften Brandung und entspannen Sie Ihre Sorgen. Dies ist eine Einheit mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern.
Bei der Abreise werden ALLE Bettwäsche aufgefrischt. Die Wohnung bietet in voller Größe Waschmaschine / Trockner, Fernseher mit DVD-Player in allen 3 Schlafzimmern. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Fernseher und einen DVD-Player. Es gibt viel Platz für alle und dieses Gerät ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Wir bieten drahtloses Highspeed-Internet ohne Aufpreis! Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie für die Zubereitung dieses fantastischen Essens benötigen. Es gibt einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Strand mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht und einem wunderbaren Bereich zum Entspannen. Diese Wohnung ist direkt am Strand mit 700 Fuß Golf-Front-Eigenschaft, mit spektakulären Ausblicken und Geräuschen des Golfs von den vorderen und hinteren Balkonen. Eine Fahrt mit dem Aufzug vom sechsten Stock bringt Sie zu Fuß zum Strand sowie zum Swimmingpool, Whirlpool und Spritzschutz. In diesem Resort befindet sich ein zweiter Pool. Unsere Einheit bringt Sie nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Keine Straße zu überqueren, um zum Strand zu gelangen! Grillmöglichkeiten stehen im Poolbereich zur Verfügung. Es gibt einen sicheren, gut ausgestatteten Trainingsraum mit 1 Ellipsentrainer, 3 Laufbändern, 2 stationären Fahrrädern, Kraftgeräten und einer Sauna. Es gibt auch eine Spielhalle, Tennisplätze und Shuffleboard-Plätze für Sie bereit.

The condo was very clean and the view was outstanding! My party and I really enjoyed our stay, despite a couple of issues we encounter, overall we had a very good time. It was a birthday trip for my lady friend and I had everything planned out including my very own chefs. They went above and beyond to make sure she enjoyed her birthday. The condo was located in the ideal spot very close to everything. I will definitely stay here again in hopes that the elevator is working, the water issues are corrected and parking is not so far from the condo.

Fantastic!!!

This condo is fantastic. The views are awesome. The cleanliness and extra touches are remarkable. The access to the beach was great. We have stayed in a lot of condos at a lot of beaches and this is by far the best we have ever stayed in. The owners were very nice and communicated nicely. We diffidently would recommend this to anyone. We hope to be able to stay again!!

We were all very delighted with our stay! This condo has been beautifully renovated and decorated. The master bed mattress was extremely comfortable! We enjoyed the beach front view and close proximity to all things Destin. We hope to return!

Location, Location, Location! Unbelievable Views!From the time we booked until we left the condo, Jeff and Patti were wonderful and so easy to work with. Excellent communication and responsiveness to questions. Check in was a breeze.The condo was amazing - the photos don’t do it justice. It was well appointed and SPOTLESS! Only steps to the beach with beach chair/umbrella service included. The wrap around balcony (with direct access from the huge master bedroom) was amazing and the views were stunning! Great location - on the beach, close to shopping and great restaurants. Everything you could possibly want for a wonderful vacation!

Enjoyable stay

We had a great time at the Mainsail! This countdown had everything we needed to have an enjoyable time while in Destin. We took full advantage of the chairs and umbrella at the beach that were included—such a nice feature! The owner was very prompt with responses and questions. Although there were issues with the dishwasher, which the owner told us about, it didn’t inhibit our stay. We’d happily stay at this spot again!

Just what we needed!

So enjoyed this condo! We've stayed many places over the years, but this is now a favorite. Beautiful views, convenient to get to the beach, fully equipped kitchen - all made it so easy for expanded family to be together and relax. Owners are quite responsive and helpful. Once Hwy 98 construction is done, we will take more advantage of the proximity to walk to the outlet mall and numerous restaurants.

Great Main Sail condo

Great updated condo. Extra nice beds, patio chairs, tv. Updated fridge, washer, dryer and bathrooms. Appreciated the nice towels, unlike the thin ones in most condos. Nice owners. We'll definitely be back to this unit.

Perfect

Place is amazing. Location is great. Everything is there. Stores, shops, food, beach, ocean all within reach. One thing that was bothersome is the frogs being amazingly loud at the pond in the middle of the two buildings. Other than that, this place is a great. Recommend 10 stars.

Fantastic Beachfront Getaway

We have been coming to Destin for vacation the last several years and this was, BY FAR, the best vacation and condo we have ever had! The condo is gorgeous. The interior is furnished beautifully. The view from the wrap-around balcony is amazing. We spent each morning and evening out there enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. We loved being just steps away from the beach knowing we had chairs and an umbrella waiting for us each day! The guys working the beach were awesome! Jeff was responsive when I texted a few times with some questions and was so easy to work with before and during the trip. We will definitely be coming back next year and staying here again!

If you’re looking for a clean, freshly renovated and exquisitely equipped beach condo with unparalleled gulf views and super easy beach access, stop scrolling and book now! Seriously… by my best calculation, I’ve stayed at mainsail 45-50 times going back to the mid-eighties. This is hands down the nicest unit we’ve stayed in, and is the only one for us going forward. Jeff is a fantastic host and went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect vacation. Would give it ten stars if I could…. Already planning our next trip (or three!!)

Million dollar view from the windows and the balcony! Easy walk down the stairs or ride in the elevator takes you to the walkway to the glorious private beach. Beautifully decorated, clean condo with comfortable beds and everything you need to rest and recharge. Security staff at the front gate were super helpful and friendly. Drop off area was convenient with carts always available to take things up to the unit and parking is covered and easy accessible. The owners are lovely. They are just a text or a phone call away. Communication was clear and kind and any questions we had were pleasantly answered. Mainsail is a smaller property with residential homes around it which makes it quieter and made the beach far less crowded. The beach setup was so nice to have each day and Chance, who did the setups, was the friendliest young man. This beautiful condo is your perfect home base to enjoy the area. Just go and enjoy!

July 4th week

Property has a great layout for 3 couples. Has a great view of the beach and the deck is shaded in the afternooons. It has geat beach access and we appreciated the private beach (much less croweded then the public beaches). The only problems we had were that the beach towels were not in the unit as advertised and the freezer drawer was stuck closed for are whole stay. THe owner promised a credit for the missing beach towels but has not followed through, yet.

Perfect family vacation

This property is in an amazing location. Right off the elevator is the beach. Close to every amenity. Perfect for our adult children and us. We had a minor issue with the freezer, the owners was prompt to respond. Great experience. I highly recommend and we hope to be back.

It’s the beach

Great central location. The roads that lead into the Mainsail are a bit troublesomeZ The complex is a tad older but was fine with me. This unit is on the 6th floor and the elevator was continuously down throughout each day, with brief periods of it being “fixed”. The unit has a mildew odor, and I’m not sure about the ceilings, need to be repainted. I totally understand hurricane and storm damage but one of the guest bedrooms had white fuzzy mold in the dresser drawers and some gross stains on the front. The dryer never worked. My husband cleaned out the totally clogged hose, still no-go. Was a huge issue with kids and we didn’t have many towels, so I had to purchase more. The kitchen is well stocked. And basic needs were met. The master mattress was wonderful.

Mainsail is a great location

Great condo with a beautiful beach view. Beaches are pristine with easy access. Great place for families.
