Why go anywhere else? I just stayed at this well maintained villa, in a great location with a very nice private pool and BBQ area, for 2 months. Hosts Bill and Susan are terrific and very responsive. Guaranteed your stay will be fantastic and above expectation!

Lovely property with beautiful gardens

The villa is nicely decorated, well equipped, and very clean. The pool area is lovely and comfortable. The location is at a walking distance from supermarket, restaurants and the beach. The owners are very helpful and pleasant. Will definitely rent from them again.

Property was in good condition well maintained and close to many attractions. The owners were attentive to any problems and were very helpful in giving ideas as to things to do and where to go. Downtown, beach, fresh seafood market, grocery store and many restaurants were all within walking distance.

Perfect in every way!

My husband and I stayed at Susan and Bill’s property for about a week. We absolutely loved the pool it was very relaxing and beautiful and private. Our room was clean and very comfortable in fact we would sit on a private patio and have a barbecue and then go for a walk downtown and come back and relax. Easy walking distance to Atlantic Avenue little bit more of a hike to the beach. Love that we can walk to Walgreens and the liquor store! So that was convenient :-)

Great stay @ Yellow Palm!

Our stay at Yellow Palm Villas was fantastic! The location was perfect for DelRay/Atlantic Ave. shopping, amazing restaurants, night life, and a short walk to the beach. The property was extremely clean and the owners were excellent to work with. We hope to return in the future!

Pleasant stay

This is a nice property, clean with adequate supplies. Pharmacy and supermarket within walking distance. Easy walk to Atlantic Ave. The outdoor spaces (private patio and shared pool ) are beautiful and well maintained. The owners are frequently around to answer any questions.

Our over-all impression is favorable

The landscaping is gorgeous: orchids galore and beautiful tropical plants. The apartment is attractively furnished: fireplace with Mexican tiles, attractive art work on the walls and no artificial flowers! The pool is attractive, with a waterfall at one end. The hosts were exceedingly gracious; they helped us with many problems. (We are seniors and had some health problems.) A couple of minor negatives: no dishwasher or dispose-all; the pool has no railing to help you to get in and out. (This would probably not be a problem for younger guests.) My wife thought the kitchen equipment was somewhat sparse. But we would definitely recommend YellowPalms. We give it 4 1/2 stars.

You were a very nice elderly couple. We strongly urge you NOT stay at independent living vacation rentals given your significant walking/health issues and age. The constant help required was overwhelming and scary to be honest. We truly wish you the best.

Too Good (I might be spoiled now)

I love this place. The unit I stayed in was spacious , super clean and had everything I needed - kitchen supplies, smart tvs, wifi, plenty of towels, large closet. Personally, I love the decor. It's not the cheesy wicker furniture and decor you get with your typical vacation rental. It felt like home. Parking couldn't be easier. Spaces are right outside the rental making loading and unloading a breeze. I stayed, alone, for more than a few months and didn't have any issues or concerns regarding safety. Walgreens and Publix are 1-2 blocks away. Atlantic Avenue and plenty of shops and restaurants are in walking distance (as long as it's not 100 degrees outside). The beach is about a 15 minute walk, but better to take a lyft or catcha ride if you've got a lot to carry. Parking at the beach can be a pain if you don't get there early enough- there's a lot of parking, but it fills up very fast. I also spent plenty of time in and at the pool. There's lounge chairs and a couple of tables - a nice place to relax and hang out and each unit has its own outdoor grill. Susan and Bill are fantastic hosts. I had trouble with the AC when I first got there and Bill came right over and took care of it. That put me at ease knowing I'd be there for a while and they'd be attentive, but I really didn't need anything after that. Still, they checked in with me periodically to make sure all was well. Some of my favorites - French Bakery on Federal Highway for croissants and pastries Cabana El Rey for Cuban food Coffee District Over the Bridge Cafe for breakfast Che!! for waterfront drinks and dining 3rd & 3rd - great drinks, food and entertainment (a favorite of Bill and Susan's as well)

As one of our off-season, extended stay guests it was a pleasure hosting you for 6+ months. Glad we were able to meet your 'easy in/out' needs by providing all the amenities/utilities/linens etc. without the hassle of a bare apartment. Just bring clothes & toothbrush! Many of our guests are folks who are remodeling or searching for homes, consultants and job seekers April-Dec.

Perfect spot for an extended stay!

We couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay here! The villa was comfortable and spacious for 2 people and had all of the basics you need for an extended stay. It was nice having our own grill to cook food and the pool area is a gorgeous hidden oasis! I loved going out there every morning to drink my coffee and it was a perfect work from home spot. The location of the villa is unbeatable - close to beach, highway, and all of the great restaurants, shops, and nightlife of Atlantic ave. Publix, Walmart and Bedners farm market being 1-2 blocks away was extremely convenient. We were sad to leave and have very fond memories from our stay. We were there while buying a home and now no longer need a place to stay in Delray, but if we ever did again, we would absolutely return!!

Absolutely the best!

I stayed here for a little over 30 days. The location is really great and I liked the neighborhood a lot. The villa was extremely clean and well maintained and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. You can tell that Susan and Bill know what they are doing with their villas. I really did not want to leave the place.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our vacation. Clean, private and very inviting....Susan and Bill work extremely hard to keep this property in excellent condition. Wonderful, large, and quiet 1 bedroom aprtment

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay! The apartment was quiet, private, and surrounded by lovely landscaping and a fantastic pool. Bill and Susan were very welcoming, and were very prompt in answering any questions that we had. We loved the convenient access to downtown Delray and the beaches, and the keypad locks meant we never had to worry about losing a key in the sand! Couldn't recommend the place enough!

TREMENDOUS extended stay

A true home away from home! The villa type property at Yellow Palm I stayed in for 6 months was nothing short of perfect. It had charm and character...wasn't anything "cookie cutter" about it. Plus, the owners, Bill & Susan, are terrific! Incredibly accommodating, pleasant to work with, kept a very clean property and are just nice people. Everything from utilities to WiFi to trash removal etc. was handled in one easy rent payment - no hassles! All the necessary appropriations (well outfitted kitchen, table settings, towels, etc.) for a long term stay were provided - I literally brought clothes and a toothbrush! The private patio, grill, garden, amazing pool area and closeness to the popular "Atlantic Ave" for restaurants and shops made it really nice too. Walked to the beach, park, grocery, bike rental, bank, coffee shop - everything is very close. Had an excellent experience. Can't wait to plan my next getaway to Yellow Palm!

Perfect spot in the middle of it all

This is my second stay with Bill and Susan. They were very accommodating on a last minute trip and for the second time I hit the jackpot! This unit was ideally situated close to the avenue, quick access to the beach either on the downtowner or my preference, completely walkable! The interior was perfect, homey and clean, clean, clean with every utensil, cup or plate I could have wanted for my week in paradise. The grounds were spectacular for lounging by their beautiful pool and I never felt like I couldn't enjoy every moment as I didn't have to think about any detail other than what SPF to put on and when to turn over!! Thanks Bill and Susan!!!! Ill see you soon!

Our location on historic NE 7th Ave just off the Ave is close to everything DR offers. It is a Safe Historic neighborhood, great neighborhood pride as one can tell by the properties. Walk to everything.

Spanish/Latin inspired environment with heavy Latin visual influences. Lush tropical landscaping covers the grounds throughout. Completely Renovated interiors and grounds, new pool and fantastic location.
We as owners are good at what we do, very reliable and responsive, with keen eyes for details our guests appreciate. Our properties are meant to be comfortable, visual escape.
