Thank you for your detailed review. We’re so pleased you enjoyed your stay, the peaceful surroundings, sunsets and our little welcome touches. We’re sorry that some aspects weren’t quite as expected. The listing does specify that Hendra Barn has a double bed, and we’re sorry you didn’t find the mattress and pillows comfortable, as we regularly receive lovely feedback about them. As a rural property, we’re not on mains drainage and we can't control if other guests flush things that are unsuitable. We were happy to attend promptly when you contacted us, and being on-site means we’re always nearby should anything need attention. The parking area is lit for safe access at night, although there are plenty of darker areas around the farm for stargazing. Thank you again for your kind words about our family — it was lovely having you stay.
