Our accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for a family or a group of friends. The bright living room with kitchen, the two double bedrooms with bathroom, are perfect for giving you all the space and privacy you need during your stay, between walks.

Refined and classy, the apartment has every comfort such as air conditioning for warmer evenings, independent heating, television, Wi-Fi internet access, hairdryer, iron and an equipped kitchen.

Nearby you can find some typical taverns and wine bars, which will take you on a culinary journey with the typical flavors of this city. If, on the other hand, you prefer a quieter evening in the privacy of your home, you will find a supermarket just 200m away.

In 2 minutes on foot you can reach the Giardini vaporetto stop, which will allow you to reach Piazzale Roma, Santa Lucia train station, Marco Polo International Airport and other suggestive places such as the islands of Murano, Burano, Torcello and the beautiful Lido Island where you can find a sandy beach, an excellent solution for warmer summer days.

Check-in is between 15 and 19; if a check-in is necessary after the established time, it will be possible to arrange a time for an additional fee. Upon check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which is equivalent to 5€ per person per night, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed, where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered to guarantee the damage.
