Summary:

Yonge's House, a comfortable recently renovated 3 bedroom house that can sleep up to seven. Two bathrooms, kitchen-diner, sitting room, family / games room and a small sun room.



Within 5-10 minutes of the Saltburn's fabulous sandy surfing beach. Close to all the town's many independent shops, cafes and restaurants.



Saltburn is on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors and on the Cleveland Way. The town has many attractions for a family holiday, a surfing break or as a base for walking.



The Space:

There are two pictures that show the floorplans of the downstairs and upstairs of the house.



The lounge has a large TV with terrestrial and internet TV plus a Chromecast. The Family / games room has a smaller TV with internet TV, a DVD with a selection of DVDs and a Wii U games console with games.



The kitchen is well equipped: Induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and Dolce Gusto drinks machine (with enough pods to get you started. Sainsburys sells pods). There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron and cleaning equipment in the pantry.



A large kitchen cupboard has mugs, cups, bowls, side plates and dinner plates for 8 settings. Yorkshire Tea bags and filter coffee are supplied. There is also cooking oil, salt and pepper. Also there many kitchen utensils for cooking.



There are 8 wineglasses, 9 tumblers and 3 pint glasses.



Guest Access:

Guests will find the key safe, in which are keys to access the sliding door.



Access to the front is via a pedestrianised area which leads to the front door.



The Neighborhood:

Traditional terrace street very close to the town centre. Five minutes walk to the local Sainsburys, cafes, restaurants, shops and train station. Two minutes walk to the community theatre and cinema.



Getting Around:

There is free on-street parking in the town with paid parking on the beachfront. Walking is the best way to get around the town, with steps and a funicular to the beachfront.



Other Things to Note:

The house is very close to all amenities and attractions. It takes about 1 minute to walk to Chocolinis, That Pantry and the Community Hall, 3 minutes to Signals cafe and bar, 4 minutes to walk to Sainsburys, 5 minutes to get to the bars and cafes on Milton Street and 8 minutes to walk to the beach.



For Confirmation - the property has three bedrooms (2 x double, 1 with 2 singles). There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
