It is a handy and functional 45 m2 apartment for 4 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

It is located on the first floor and the building does not have an elevator.

The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, with a double bed, air conditioning, heating, TV, 1 modern and spacious bathroom, equipped with towels and personal hygiene products. In addition a sofa bed for two people in the living room and TV with remote control.

The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, crockery and other usual utensils; in the bathroom you will find shower gel and hairdryer; and in the accommodation bed linen, towels, iron and everything you need so you do not have to worry about anything; it also has a dining area. All the comfort to feel at home.

Request in your reservation a crib or high chair for your baby if you need it.

The accommodation offers a wonderful buffet breakfast in our Day Madrid Restaurant, open every day from 7:30 a.m. to 12 noon for only 6€ per person, exclusive price for our guests.
