Situated in the top floor of this recent condominium, this 2-floors alpine property will host you between stylish furnitures and outstanding materials.

The bio-ethanol fire place will give to the living room area a relaxing and enjoyable spirit for your evening in great company. Eating together in a private ambiance will be possible and easy thanks to the full equipped kitchen and cosy dining room.

Why not a pleasant moment in front of a movie projected on the giant screen of the living room after that.

The sleeping area is divided in two with a matrimonial room on the ground floor with an adjoining bathroom in order to best accommodate people who do not want to use steps. The other space is located on the upper floor with these two other matrimonial rooms and its bathroom in between.

Two extra single beds are also available for your guests.
We allow a maximum of 8 adults ( but can host 10 people in total)

All our bedrooms are equipped of closets or wardrobe.

We will be pleased to provide you with baby cots and baby chairs to facilitate your stay.

Your lovely pets are more than welcome and you will find dog basket and bowls.

This residence will give you a total privacy. The only space to share will be the hall of the house, the ski room and the underground garage.

The access to the house is direct from the underground garage and you will access the top floor thanks to the elevator.

This luxury penthouse is situated at the feet of the Gemsstock ski cabin and will make your day of ski much easier. You can access the other ski area of Andermatt-Sedrun thanks to the free shuttle stopping in front. Walking is only 10 min

You find a ski rental store next to the ski cabin ( 50 meters from the house) and you can buy also your ski tickets directly at the counter of the ski cabin.

Andermatt is situated in the Swiss Alps and in the perfect middle of Switzerland who give you the possibility to reach in few hours all the points of interest of the country.

Its location at only ten minutes from the highway makes it easily accessible.

The train station of Andermatt is situated less than 10 min walk from the apartment ( free shuttle during winter time and private bus with payment during the rest of the year)

Zurich Airport is only 1H30 driving and Milan 2H.

From Zurich Airport you can easily take the train ( 2H30) or book a private transfer.
