Alcalá Street, just a few metres from the apartment, in addition to being the longest avenue in Madrid, is full of life and has local shops and stores of very popular brands.
The constant development of this area has turned it into the location of important television production studios, large administrative centers and important companies, in addition to being very close to the Alcalá Norte Shopping Center. Due to its good connection, you can easily go to Ifema and the northern area of Madrid, as well as reaching Gran Vía, Opera, La Latina and other strategic places in Madrid in just minutes and in direct line. All this makes it a very interesting place to stay and enjoy your stay in the city at a good price for short stays and during months.

The stay in this apartment will be ideal, because the accommodation is of great quality and has been equipped and decorated with great taste and care.
Located on the 5th floor of this building with an elevator, a 33 square meter apartment with capacity for 3 people distributed in a bedroom, living room and a complete bathroom with a shower. An apartment made with great care by and for people looking for a cozy place.
The magnificent living room has a dining area and a rest area with two comfortable individual sofa beds and a SmartTV where you can connect your Netflix, HBO, Spotify and other accounts. The living room is very bright thanks to its wide wall-to-wall window. The modern kitchen is integrated into the living room and is fully equipped with everything necessary.
From the living room, the corridor that connects the rest of the house leads inside. The room is very elegant and spacious with a comfortable double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a large desk. The bedroom window faces the inner courtyard and is south-facing, and for this reason the bedroom is very quiet and has plenty of natural light.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms to be perfect on the hottest days.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
