OXMAR | Sur y Sol, Los Cristianos

Imagine a cozy village with 2-story houses, with its special atmosphere and unhurried rhythm. This is exactly the feeling of the Sur y Sol residential complex in Los Cristianos, one of the most popular areas of the south coast. This complex has a unique location in the center of all the events of the town, but away from the noise, traffic, and the large flow of tourists. Situated on the second coastline, 5 minutes away from the sandy beach, it is convenient for both young and adult guests.

Apartment 50m2 is located on the 2nd floor as the Russians count and on the 1st floor as the Spanish locals do. Keep in mind that there are stairs, but no elevator, although with only 10 steps you won’t get tired. A cozy bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 * 200 cm, which can be connected into a full king-size bed of 180 * 200 cm or separated if guests prefer to sleep on their own. The kitchen is combined with the dining and living areas. The living room has two sofa beds. There is cable TV in all the major languages. The terrace is equipped with comfortable furniture for a hearty breakfast or a romantic dinner. Within 200 meters you will find absolutely everything you may need on vacation: shopping centers, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, flea market, bus stop, several free surface parking, promenades, restaurants, bars, and many kilometers of waterfront that connects the coast from the town of Los Cristianos to La Caleta.

This apartment will be a good fit if you:

work remotely (we have high-speed unlimited internet access)
travel with children (the complex has spacious elevators, it’s easy to move with a stroller + we have absolutely everything for children from cribs to a set of toys)
travel with a group (there are enough Canary sunsets on the terrace for everybody)
travel alone (also a great time in your life)
travel with a pet (we love pets, and we have a bed and bowls for them)
This apartment will NOT be a good fit if you:

are planning a party (unfortunately, they are forbidden here)
want to smoke in bed (smoking is only allowed on the terrace)
travel with more than 4 people (there are only 4 beds in this apartment)
don't like order (yes, cleanliness and respect for our home is a prerequisite for your stay)
