A cosy flat with a terrace in one of the best areas of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, very close to the Doctor Negrín University Hospital. Decorated with exquisite taste, it offers a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, ideal for both relaxing and working from home. It sleeps up to 3 people and features a bedroom, a bathroom and a Smart TV, designed to make you feel right at home. It has 100 Mb fibre broadband and access to a communal swimming pool within a quiet residential complex.

It features a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave and oven, as well as a hairdryer. It offers 100 Mb fibre-optic WiFi and a Smart TV for your entertainment and connectivity.

The building offers excellent facilities, including private parking, a lift, a gym, a paddle tennis court and a communal swimming pool. Bed linen and towels are also provided, along with other thoughtful touches designed for your comfort.

There are rules of coexistence in the property that must be respected.

It is possible to reserve the paddle tennis court for a maximum of one hour per day. To make a reservation, please contact the concierge.

Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

On 24 and 31 December, there will be a surcharge of 15€ for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.

TOP ACCOMMODATION

Spacious, quiet and bright apartment with lovely unobstructed views from the living room and the balcony over the pond, golf course and towards the town on the other side of the traffic route - even a glimpse of the sea. Despite roads and traffic routes, it is a calm and quiet area - no disturbances. Nice double bed, not so nice sofa bed to sleep on - replace it. Difficult to leave the balcony - long breakfast until the sun gets too hot and afterbeach in the afternoon until the evening. Missing hooks in the hall for hanging outerwear and in the bathroom for towels at the sink. Also missing coffee maker and coffee cups. Good if it is possible to buy air conditioning on hot days and nights - now it was not needed at a temperature of +24 C.
