Diese South Padre Island Mietobjekt wurde entworfen, um eine große Menge von Menschen mit totalem Komfort unterzubringen!

Das Wohnzimmer, der Essbereich, die Küche und das Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett befinden sich im 1. Stock.

Das erste Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und zwei Etagenbetten.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Etagenbetten mit Doppelbett oder zwei Einzelbetten, die Platz für sechs (6) Kinder bieten.

Die Küche ist sehr geräumig mit vielen Schränken zur einfachen Aufbewahrung.
Es ist voll mit Töpfen, Pfannen und Kochutensilien bestückt.
Diese Küche bietet alles, was Sie brauchen, um ein unvergessliches Familienessen zuzubereiten.
Der große Esstisch, die Bar und die Außenterrasse bieten zahlreiche Bereiche, in denen Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten im Haus genießen können.

Excellent communication from booking to checking in and checking out. We enjoyed our stay, property was clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortablet stay. Plenty of space to unwind, enjoyed grilling and hanging out by the pool. Convenience of a short walk to the beach and loved that it was pet friendly!

Excellent communication from booking to checkout

It was our first time renting through SPI Rentals. Excellent communication from booking to checkout. We needed the propane tank for the grill replaced and it was taken care of within the hour. We had 8 adults, an infant, ample space, and easy access to the beach. We've traveled to South Padre many years, but we will definitely bring using SPI rentals again for all future travels.

Perfect property for a large family. We had 12 in our party, including 5 teenagers! The pool and hot tub were a hit. It's a short walk to the beach. The property was clean on arrival. The few maintenance issues were handled promptly. The washer and dryer were a bonus with our large family! The kitchen was ok. It would have been nice to have some seasoning available. Overall this property was great!!

Great place to stay

Spacious and close to the beach

Very comfortable spacious house close to the beach. 3 large families were able to stay there comfortably; the kids LOVED the pool. It is a short walk to the beach and close to all the good restaurants. Highly recommended!

Great service and assistance provided by telephone. Very clean condos and completely ready for our stay. Also appreciate your patience with some of the stragglers that left about 1/2 hour late. We will be back next year.

Family Trip

Our extended family of 16 spent 4 nights here. Everything was great! Plenty of space and everything was clean and comfortable. The pool area is a great addition and the beach is a short walk away with a public parking lot available too. We would definitely stay here again.
