We have passed all your feedback on to the owners and the site management team. We apologise for the oversight regarding the TV in the bedroom, which was removed recently. We will ensure this information is updated promptly. The owner will also inspect the bed, as they regularly tighten it to ensure comfort. Regarding the potholes, the site team does their best to address them regularly, but we will recommend a more permanent solution. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations due to the bar and restaurant being closed during your stay. We have since been informed by the site that they are closed due to refurbishments and have let all guests know. We do apologise we were not informed before your arrival.
