In this picturesque neighborhood composed of charming maze and narrow streets, winding alleys, and steep stairways, you'll find traditional Fado houses, cozy squares, ancient churches, and stunning viewpoints. The 11th-century Moorish Castle and the Miradouro da Graça are just around the corner — and truly unmissable!

Our apartment is on the 3rd and top floor (please note: no elevator, but the stairs are wide and easy to climb). The space is bright, spacious, and very comfortable, the perfect place to enjoy central Lisbon while living like a true local in one of the city’s most authentic quarters.
There’s plenty to discover right outside the door: the castle, viewpoints, museums, and more. From here, you can easily explore the rest of the city on foot or by public transport — the nearest metro station is Martim Moniz, just a few minutes' walk away, with access to the Green Line.

The apartment offers a spacious living room with a TV and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), and one bathroom. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds — ideal for families, friends, or couples.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the beautiful small balcony with a lovely river view. The apartment also features air conditioning for your comfort.

» Please note that a €150 security deposit is required to book this property. The deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property, within 7 days of check-out.

» Late Night Check-In: for arrivals between 21:00 (9 Pm) and 9:00 (9 Am) a late check-in fee of € 25 shall be applied. This amount should be paid in cash upon check-in.
» Please note that you cannot access the street of this apartment by car. Only police and emergency vehicles are allowed to enter this street.
» Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
» If guests lock themselves out of the property or do not return the keys to the lockbox at checkout, a 50 euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80 euros fee will apply. In case our team is unable to unlock the door and there is the need for specialized assistance, additional fees will apply.
